This video shows the three individuals that have been going around the neighborhood looking for and stealing from unlocked cars. From posts I’ve read on Nextdoor this is occurring around Greenfield and Squirrel Hill.

You can see the one person is walking along and pulling door handles. Once he realizes the car is unlocked he signals his friends, they come back and enter the vehicle. One of the individuals is wearing a three cornered hat.
