Apple shows the new watch connecting to the internet for notifications, Siri and maps. Does that mean the watch has a SIM card and a data plan, or is it tethering data through the iPhone? If so, will I soon be able to connect my iPad through my phone?

I found iexplore.exe running multiple times on a client computer and had a hard time finding information and utilities to remove it. I ended up using two programs that worked for me and wanted to list them. This virus/malware or rootkit was on a windows 7 computer.
