These are my personal views on non alcoholic beverages. I will review only non-diet drinks because I don’t like the taste of artificial sweeteners. Most of the drinks I review will be relatively low in sugar, but not in all cases. I think too many drinks have an excessive amount of sugar. I’ll discuss the amount of sugar in the drinks, and include a visual aid (sugar packets) so you can see in a real world way how much sugar is in the beverage.
